{real estate dreaming} The Gastown Loft

…sort of. This loft has already been bought and sold but I am still in love with it (you never forget the one that got away). If I had my magic wand handy I would wave it and *poof* move in immediately. As much as I love a good renovation project, the thought of moving someplace that is already so lovely is incredibly tempting. Plus: double height heritage loft…that’s not available often around here.

Love the stainless counter with white ceramic sink – very different for a kitchen!

This bathroom is so simple but I love it. I want to to mine up using this as inspiration (minus the double sinks though unfortunately). I do think it needs a good piece of art on that big wall, but other than that it’s pretty much perfect in every way.
