E-Design Packages
I am currently accepting new clients for my e-design service, which is perfect both for those on a budget or those who don’t live in the Greater Vancouver Area. There are two options you can choose from:
1 - The Quickie – $100
This is exactly what you see in my Room of the Week posts only specifically made – for you! Send me a photo, room dimensions and your qualifications (must keep sofa, only want beige etc.) and I will work my magic! What you will get in return is a PDF with a floor plan, virtual sample board and a shopping list for paint, furniture and accessories. The rest is up to you!
2 – The Full E – $300 per room, $500 for kitchens or bathrooms
This is the full E-design package. It is similar to the above package but includes a rendering and complete shopping list (paint, cabinetry, furniture, accessories, lighting, flooring). You will be ready to go for a renovation or larger scale make-over.
Full Interior Design Packages
Callooh Callay is happy to be currently accepting full interior residential design clients, for clients based in and around Vancouver, B.C. I am involved in all aspects of the work including:
- conceptual design
- renderings
- AutoCAD drawings
- specification of fixtures and furnishings
- space planning
- city permits
- construction liaison
- shopping & installation
I charge an hourly flat rate of $35.
