Why commit to one color when a gradiant is so awesome? Expert painting skills are likely required for this (aka not my forte) but a girl can always dream. Sometimes even a habitual wearer of black (like myself) needs a switch up. Navy is one such suitable substitute that feels perfect at this time of year. I used to get confused by navy but now I just go ahead and mix it with black for the best results, especially for evening. I very much like how it is shown here, mixed in with everything
I never get bored of white pretty white rooms. Of course, I love color too but white is always pitch perfect: clean, calm, season-less. These simple spaces prove over and over again that less is more – a tenet I am always trying to adhere to in my own decor. Isn’t it funny how the objects in our homes tend to “creep up” on us?
